Stupid CVS

It's really a bad idea to hand someone a new toy and not explain how it could bite them.

I never used CVS before this project. When I started on it, I got told to download a certain program, and to click this button or that button to do X. But I didn't really know how it worked, or what it could and could not do. I was using it on my laptop, and I created a bunch of files, then committed them. The files were also saved on our local network. Later, I began editing them on my desktop instead, so I grabbed the files from the local network, and edited them. Then, I dropped them into the CVS folder and committed them. I didn't realize it at the time, but it wasn't committing all of the files because I didn't start with the onew that came off the CVS server. Now I have to figure out how to make CVS happy. And I don't have my laptop to commit files from at the moment. Grrr.
