So we're planning an event for Mother's Day at where_no_woman, and since I don't have anything to write at the moment, I started drafting rules. That led naturally to writing a few prompts, and then one of them ate my brain: while enslaved by the Syndicate, Gaila had a daughter who was taken away from her, sold into slavery, or otherwise lost.
