*mip* FACCS *mip*
so, i am totally bummed out about not going to FACCS. i have so many special little memories from it last year that combine into one HUGE good memory. so again i say *mip*! thursday started out normal for 1st period. We took another ridiculous math competition qualifying test and i actually bubbled in more this time thatn i usually do. For some reason it seemed easier and i knew more. Or my mind was just deceiving me. then for BIble we had the economics class in there with us. we watched "ANimals are Beautiful People" I don't think we watched much of it in last year's BIbly class, but in 9th we did. it was kinda nice to see the drunk monkeys and acrobatic monkeys and silly little meerkats(or muskrats, i don't remember) with their mad reflexes. I think Lizzy and Alex have to be the best people to watch a movie with. They have the best commentaries(outside, of course, mine and Becky's) and they provide the right sound effects and comments at all the right times. by then all the academic peeps had gone. for english we stayed in Mr. Cain's room with his study hall so it was very crowded in there and also dark casue of the movie so i felt slightly claustrophobic. then 4th period we watched this surprisingly interesting 20/20 thing called "Stupid in America" and it talked about America's bad schools.
At lunch the rest of the FACCS people left. I ate lunch with my mom but went back down there early. I was supposed to go to Physics with MRs. Hutto, weird and so i saw JUstin an sat with him since i deemed him my Physics buddy. Little did we know that Chris P. and Jarrod B. were staying too. Mr. M came and rescued us from Mrs. Hutto and we had 2 periods of Physics. We played around with lights and stuff and basicaly asked questions and talked intelligently. then i did my Physics hw that was late.then i had spanish but i went into MRs. A's room and made up a quiz on which i only scored 28 points higher than befoer. And istill failed....
then i was a little late to cheer practice where we lightly conditioned.
TOday was just half day and for apologetics i went to MRs. THomas and we watched Othello. then we went to Mr. Grote's room for Physics which is always fun. it was actually kinda quiet exce[t for a fw mildly humorous things and then an intellectual convo in the last 10 minutes. then for 2nd Physics period we went to MR. ALlen, GAG. then i went to Spanish. FOr the last 3 periods, or all of them except for the first i was doing math lessons i had slacked off on doing.
i came home today and took the dog on a long walk, then went ofr a bike ride right after. my legs felt like they were about a billion pounds after that. i guess all that oh shoot, that acid that gives you muscle cramps. lactic acid? i think that's correct.
Anyhow, I missed KOrie's call and when i called her out she told me band made first YAY!!!! *throws confetti and toots noisemakers. Does cartwheels and back handsprings. jumps up and down and screams. Hugs all the people near her* and She got 3rd in Political Science which she thougt she'd have no clue on. *more of the same, just on a not so grand scale*. But alas, the choir didn't even place. I suppose they shall go back to red-headed step-child status. I hate to rub it in, but we all know the reason why is because they didn't have me! ok, maybe not, but hopefully i'll make it next year. I think he set the bar higher and since i skipped a year i might not make it.
I have to go eat dinner, sorry this post is so incredibly boring. maybe someone will care. i'll finish later.
