Griffin, creamer doesn't absorb permanently into coffee. It's a mixture, not a solution. After a while the two separate again, it just takes some time. Nothing you do will catalyze that process, even if you shake it up, if you move the coffee cup, or pour it out. Just leave that cup where it is and eventually it will resolve itself. It will be the defaf mochachino latte that it knew it always could be!
