Dad's surgery
Just to let you all know what's going on...
My dad went into the hospital today to get a heart scan for the surgery. It turns out that not only does he have the anurisms, he needs a tripple by-pass on his heart.
They are requiring that he have the heart stuff done first, followd by the other surgeries once he heals from that (2 weeks).
He will be in the hospital for up to 7 weeks.
Oh, and he has to quit smoking cold turkey... not sure which of the above is worse. ^.^
