Well, it seems like everything is running rather smoothly over here. It seems odd that it is November already... It makes me realize how long I've been here.

I... have a favor to ask of anyone in this city that can cook or has supplies. My little brother Latvia's birthday is in a week and a half, and... it has been a very long time since we had a peaceful day to celebrate. I was hoping to make it a surprise, but does anyone know of a way I can get something sweet for him? I don't know if there are ingredients enough in this place to make a cake, but anything would be appreciated.
If someone is willing to trade, I'm sure I could find something to give you.
