Latin Party
Well, since the Latin Club Party thing-a-ma-jig was held at my house on Friday, I feel somewhat obligated to write about it, despite the fact that it happened a couple days ago. I was just to goddamn lazy I guess. But it was absolutely marvelous. So marvelous that the rest of my weekend sucked.
As soon as I got home I went out to do a few errands, go to dermatologist, order pizzas for latin, get lunch, and other stuff of that sort. Then I came home mowed the front lawn so people who wanted to sit in my yard to watch the movie could without getting all itchy from the long grass.
So here's how it went. Dan and Robie, (hehe that's funny, some people would think I'm talking about the same person) okay how bout this? Blakely and Robie got here first (right in the middle of Predator, too! That's a kikass movie). We all started setting up. I brought out the ladder and other shtuff and we all started stringing up the wire that we would hang the screen from. Then I brought out the brown sheet and Robie brought the white sheet and we all taped them together on the ends with ducttape and threw the whole thing over the wire. Yay, we made our screen, it was just as good as it was last time. Blakely started putting his stuff up together while Robie and I went out to pick up the pizzas. I specifically asked them to be done by 7:30, unfortunately they were like running 10 minutes late so Robie and I had to hang at Matteo's until they were done, all the while I was hoping, praying that the latin club geeks that were arriving at my house would not tear it down.
We got all the pizzas brought em back and finished setting all the shtuff up. Then we all grabbed some pizza. Sadly, Matteo's pizza was not as top-of-the-line as it always was before. *tear*. They hate me, it's because I'm gay. (hehe, alyssa, that one was for you, hope your enjoying Clemson, I can tell you are from your journal entries). So we all ate. And many people showed up, I think mid 30s to low 40s. I was expecting at least 50 so we ended up giving out like 5 pizzas at the end of the night, not to mention a whole bunch more. Ben came, yay!! I was happy, but his girlfriend didnt' come, that made me somewhat sad, his girlfriend's so so so so so so so so so cool. hehe. We love each other her and I, and Ben is very thankful that I'm gay, hehe. AND CHELSEY CAME. WOOT!!! I was so happy, I didn't expect her. She came up behind me put her hands over my eyes and said "GUESS WHO!" At first I thought she was Kimi, then I realized it was CHELSEY. YAY. So while we were watching the movie I got half nekked (as Robie would say) and got her to massage my back. And of course, I massaged hers. I'm the only guy that's given her enough pressure on her back. yay. Then we massaged each others hands and arms. It was fun. So much fun. And of course Star Wars: A New Hope was awesome. It always is. OOooooh, Robie and I and the rest of first lunch found an awesome ability that I have. I can identify almost any scene in the first Star Wars trilogy, just by listening to the background music for like a minute. hehe. I feel proud.
But anyways the movie ended everyone slowly left until it came down to like 7 ot 8 people. Then we all started singing until 1:30 in the morning out on the porch. Yay, good times.
After that everyone left except Dan, he stayed the night and we did really cool and fun stuff like focusing our chi/inner energy. Good times.
Well that's about it. Wow, big entry very eventful, oh yeah, and the next event is prolly gonna be bowling. I let Ren pick it (hehe Ren!!) cuz she couldn't come to this first event and she really wanted to come so I decided to dedicate this bowling trip to Ren. More will be anounced about the bowling event in the next Latin club meeting. Also we're gonna discuss other cool business such as homecoming parade. I was thinking something along the lines of gladiator fights and bowing to the snakehead. But, of course, if there are any other ideas that ya'll have, share em. We haven't decided on anything yet for the float.
Keiko's so pathetic, he's making sighing noises right next to me and whimpering. He wants me to pet him so I better finish this before he goes berserk. Pax ex.
