Because I completely and utterly failed at finishing my 100 movies in 2008 chart (I did see 100! Only... I need to put some order or... ehhh. *gives up*). I neglected to write down a lot of movies I happened to watch on LJ, too. Such as the cheesy romcoms during Christmas. Another resolution is to write these things down and hey, maybe go to the movies more often. The last film I saw in the theater was Twilight, okay, that is not a good sign.
Next one I'm guessing will be My Bloody Valentine 3-D. Or the IMAX version of The Dark Knight. Or Friday the 13th. That's a good list to look forward to!
Started off the new year with two movies I hadn't seen before: Cars and An Officer And A Gentleman. I liked the first well enough but it definitely wasn't too high up in comparison to other Pixar movies. The other film I didn't think too much about afterward. That might've been because I was distracted at the time with writing notes for my j2_everafter fic: The Incredibles. Pixar + future!fic + kids + comics/supheroes = GLEE. Plus, possibly getting a chance to make art? Cool. I'm looking forward to writing superheroes again, even if they aren't quite Batman or Superman (Jensen, on the other hand, thinks he might be a little bit Clark Kent. Jared would laugh only Jensen's got the glasses working for him, so...)
Off to write now!
