Somehow the past two days have gone by in a blur. I haven't been that particularly busy but I feel very drained. Went to bed early last night which also had to do with having some champagne at work (celebration tiiimes.) I had a weird urge to do ficlet prompts earlier but then I knew I'd be too bad to respond to them so. Blahh.
I also had a weird urge to watch Suspiria and The Driller Killer, too, so that might explain my weird ass mindset for today.

And some niftiness, so this post isn't entirely pointless:
1) creative movie poster designs: obviously nowadays DVD packaging suffers from floating head syndrome/BUY ME! OSCARS! A-LIST ACTORS!! marketing (well, they always do, but the past few years have been made of fail with design), so looking at these movie posters makes me sad at the thought of how crappy the DVDs end up looking. Once in a while I've seen fanmade DVD covers for films and... you know, that'd be a cool idea.
Although I think the poster for Red Sonja looks stupid because her hair color looks so fake. Unless they're doing that on purpose or it's a Sin City thing. ...which would make sense given it's Rodriguez but FAKE. FAKEITY FAKE FAKE. *points* [/five year old]
2) pheebs1 and oxoniensis have organized a fandom free-for-all challenge -- request something and in return offer something. Sounds lovely, no? Go have a look!
