Sadly true. And TW? Most un-top secret and usless team EVAH. They never achive anything other than some damage control on what they screw up that week. :(

Dude, yes. So far I don't see active helping. But then, still on ep 3 and complaining about the lack of Jack because I am evil in that way. Siiiigh. Want more, or at least, good plot.

Oh, man. That episode of Extras was brilliant. Orlando Bloom was hilarious. The pokes at Johnny Depp. Hee.

Just go on YouTube and search for Orlando Bloom & Extras. That's what I did. Didn't see the whole ep; just wanted to see him. They have 4 different clips of it.

Everyone keeps talking about the finale! That's what I want to get to already, damn it. I'm impatient! Gahhh.

Was that the one where David was in drag? Because I saw David in drag and I kinda wanted to do more naughty things than usual to him because of it. ;)

Yeah, it was the one with him in drag! I was warned off it because the only images my friends had seen were the ones with DT in a little black dress and a blonde wig, but he was dressed normally for most of it! And he speaks in his normal, lovely Scots accent! Yay!

It really does get better. I liked Torchwood well enough for the early part of the series, but I didn't really fall in love with it until after episode 7 (although I liked 5 a lot for being all about Ianto).

Gwen is sort of like everything that was wrong with Rose. She does have cute gappy teeth, but that doesn't spot me wanting to slap her silly quite a lot.

The genderswitch seems realistic because that is exactly the sort of thing they would do. Hmm.

Good. I'm kind of impatient when it comes to TV shows sometimes -- well, that, and combined with needing to catch up on a lot of shows meaning less time and therefore, show must be good, damn it. But I'm in for the long haul, even though Gwen may give rise to slapping (because yeah, I agree with that feeling) but Jack and Ianto are great.

Exaaaactly. Ratings, people. It all makes sense. (In my head, it does.)

i love jack, but i miss his lightheartedness; gwen is rose lite and not hardly as compelling; the plots are bleh; and ianto is pretty.

Movie night! Yes! Next weekend (Sat. specifically) I may be a little occupied though (possibly going to the Big Apple Convention because yay, geek) but this week and next are more or less free. Wasn't Night At The Museum cool? I saw it on Christmas. Haven't seen Dreamgirls yet though. But movie nights are niiifty.
