A class was canceled, I wanted Bastard!John and so I wrote it. I don't know what I was thinking either. Excuse the lame title. Cannot think of good titles or bother with sane writing today.

You Can't Do That

Glad you liked it! The Beatles RPS is just so intriguing. And wrong. But...intriguing. ;)

Thank you so much, Teija! I'm very happy that you liked it. I wanted it to be jerky and random, just like John and the others were back then. So it's kind of fitting that I was in a rush and random myself when writing it.

Also, as a side note? Your little 'ships and rating thing said J/G, J/P, R. I read it as John/George, John/Paul, Ringo. Heh.

Bwah! When I posted I read it that way myself -- but I'm too stubborn to change the way I organize fics into my memories for this one so I simply left it as 'R' instead of 'Rated R'. Heee.

Absolutely brill, especially how it is disconnected, perfectly mimicking their lives at that point.

(Incidentally, where did that quote come from?)

Thank you! The quote came from Beatles-Discography.com, right in the summer of '64 bit of the timeline. I think it's originally from one of John's lengthy interviews (like the Rolling Stone '71 interview). :)
