And she kissed me just right like only a lonely angel can...

So I'm bringing you this post live from the ocean! Well kind of. The moon was beautiful tonight. I can't wait for the full moon...should be coming up soon. If it shows up before Friday it's a blue moon! Well, by one definition at least.

The fireworks were wonderful last night. It was a great show...as we always have in Pawtucket. A great way to open up the summer I think. A night bringing back memories. I got jumped on that night eight years ago..., and remember when I saw them standing on the roof of my porch after going Colt State Park five years ago . I miss my house. J said that we should go ask the people that live there now if we could watch the fireworks from there. That would be funny.

Fight Club is on the TV machine now. I love that movie. Last time I watched it was in Alabama...when I got a copy from the folks at Blockbuster .

The USS Saratoga is parked right next to me. You would never believe how big that thing is. It's pretty damn cool.

This rescue diving class is really cool..but as I said it is killing my desire to dive. All the horror stories we hear...gah! Ellary told me today that she wants to learn to dive because of her interest in underwater archeaology. That's pretty cool.

I'm kind of sad that I've been completely abandoned by a friend. I've tried repeatedly to mend the gap, but she has never responded, not for months. She may read this. I wonder what she has thought...considering everything that has happened to me since she bailed.

Had another movie moment tonight. I was driving my sister home to my grandparents house in Central Falls. After dropping her off, I was driving home and realized something. I was Memorial day, the moon was out and I was listening to Bruce Springsteen. I started thinking about my father...how maybe twenty five years ago he may have been doing the same thing. He lived there, loved the music, and crusied in a similar car. It was a weird feeling.
