Ahem, dragging myself back to this fandom~ Hee, that is a total OTP. XD OH GANT. (Though PH's helmet has a flat bit in front, like this: /_\ But that's just me being nitpicky. XD )

The icon is made of an art I previously posted in mgs_slash. If you want I can dig up the link.

I was going for Movie!PH who has a pointy helmet front. Game!PH is the one with the flat helmet. They tried to have the game helmet in the movie, but soon discovered that it was physically impossible for the actor to wear it. Thus the new pointy design that's far more balanced. Movie!PH was the first good picture I found for reference, so he won out.

I've seen the art-- that's how I knew it was Otacon's shoes. XD It's not very obvious otherwise~ though they're adorable shoes, regardless of who they belong to.

Ah, I see. :D I haven't seen the movie, only cowered behind my boyfriend and shut my eyes at the icky bits while he played the game. *is a wuss* Thus, I didn't know that, and am now massively amused that the helmet is, indeed, physically impossible. XD

*nods* Way too heavy in the front. The only way it would stay on is if they bolted it to the actor's spine the way it is to the game character, which didn't happen for obvious reasons.

Oh geeze I'd never be able to even be near someone when they're playing the game. The movie's not that bad, actually, and trust me, I am a HUGE wuss. The part that kept me up at night was actually what they did to poor Alessa, not the other stuff. I'm weird that way.
