seriously can anyone tell me why the fuck it was twice i flipped past mtv this morning to hear a band that sounds like the talking heads? different bands both times obviously,and i realize that yes, we're hip deep in a revival of the worst parts of 80s culture (complete with wall street greed and excess) but talking heads clones? this makes me sad...
i swear i should write an article for the paper "why you should shut the radio off and listen to gogol bordello"
and on another unrelated note, has anyone else noticed the predisposition for cannibalism in the republican party as of late, 2 races in which there were a group of conservatives who refused to back the republican candidate because the person was even slighly moderate... and its looking like this may be a new trend too... so we may be able to sit back and watch it eat itself alive, or just morph into something much much scarier.... either way it should be kinda entertaining for the next year or so...
