House.
The house is starting to get there. I think. Every time I think it's getting close, something else needs done. I really wish I could have bought one that wasn't a fixer-upper. But it's a good solid house with a new 30 year roof, and only one window that needs replaced with in the year. Heck, the kitchen cabinets are so sturdy I could use them as monkey bars. Should be moving the first weekend in April. Hopefully.
