BOOM BOOM, you broke it down, you broke it down.
it just hit me that I haven't updated since Homecoming week. holy cow.
I don't really remember anything huuuge in the past month, because so much has gone on. senior year really is one of the better years, but I always forget what happens because I'm so dang busy alll the freaking time. let's see what I do remember:
1. Homecoming: that was good, actually. the DJ pretty much sucked, but overall I think I really enjoyed it, especially because I spent it with great people :)
2. First few competitions: ehh. swept out 1st place in nearly everything at Lely, but got an Overall Excellent at FBA and 2nd place recently last week at Lakewood. like I said, ehhhh.
3. PC Game: BOO. We lost horribly for the first time since 1990 - ironically, we lose the year I was born and the year I graduate, it's some sort of omen lol - andddd needless to say I was really depressed. I don't much like Tarpon football, but that's just something that's pretty much a part of LIFE when you grow up in Charlotte County hah.
4. Newsboys concert: talk about AMAZING. they always put on an incredible show, and they finally played Breakfast. Alex and I bought boxes of Captain Crunch, and they're hanging signed in my bedroom :) haha. I enjoyed it very much. my Newsboys partner, Katie, totally helped with that too lol, as did Becca and Dalton.
anyway.
the Chik-Fil-A trip may be quits because only 16 people have paid their fees. I will be really upset if we don't go to Atlanta for New Years. it will just about ruin my senior year if we end up being the only class NOT to go on a bowl trip. soooo alot of people just need to get their stuff together ASAP.
I have a 3-day Calc exam starting tomorrow, and a 2-day Anatomy one starting tomorrow also. tonight's going to be a heck of a lot of studying. senior year is a ton of work, but it's weird because I like it.
the 40-day Rev ends thursday, and I have a huge bowl of dark chocolate staring me down in the kitchen. it'll be gone come Friday for sure ;)
