i am sorry that on an internal document (for the 5 people who work for your stupid company) the font size was 12 instead of 11, but you don't have to send me a passive aggressive email when i am sitting in the next room. dont kid yourself, youre not a CEO, you own a shitty company with shitty employees.
and. if i don't answer the phone when someone calls through on another line (by the way, i am not the receptionist) please dont point out that phone is ringing, i can hear it, i am not deaf, i am just busy and can't do two peoples jobs all day long. why dont you answer the phone.
