My day in Auburn was almost a complete success.
I woke up at 8 but my mom got sick so I was driving to Auburn alone.
I had to drive her (very fast) car because Chad had mine.
So I picked up Ally and met Matt at Hardee's for breakfast.
We got on the road around 10. We saw Grund about halfway down.
Ally got to see Matt's place and then he took us around campus.
Tubbi and Grund came too. They finished some buildings since I'd been.
We didn't get to see inside a dorm, but I'm pretty sure that's where we'll stay.
I'm excited because I know we'll make it fun no matter what.
We met up with Massey, Jacob, and Toot later for some Momma G's.
I got some free hot bread and Massey talked Ally back into doing band.
I think I can change her mind again. Then we went back to Matt's.
Then we got Ally to do something she doesn't do and took pictures to prove it!
It was hilarious. Then we finally headed back around 6:15.
Well, we made it all the way back to 459 before I got my first speeding ticket.
My mom's car is so much faster than mine and I'm not used to it.
I was going 90. The cop was nice but I still got a ticket. I was shaking.
I'm going to try to get it off my record but I have to pay it.
My mom was just a little disappointed and my dad was upset.
Maybe he'll calm down a little before he get's home this weekend...
