If you go to imdb.com and look up the movie, you can see some photos of her at the movie premiere (I can't steal the pic for some reason). The tattoo on her back is of a flower. But . . it looks different. It's interesting to me.

Ah yes, I see. That's a common tattoo flower. Called a lotus flower.
