Hey Kids
Okay, so I started slackin a lil bit but I'm trying to keep this thing updated. Maybe that should be another New Years Resolution of mine. I already have about three. HAnyway! So far 2005 is going great! I think my classes are going to be fabulous.. or as fabulous as classes can be anyway. I'm taking a statisics class, intro to the new testement, microeconomics, and a web based computer class. My schedule rocks because I only have my stats class on monday and wednesday at 5:15 and then my new testement class tuesday and thursday at 12:30 and then my micro class at 2:00. The end! Rocks my world! Know what else rocks my world? The facts that White Noise comes out today and John and I are going to go see it tonight!! I hope its as great as it looks. Because, let me tell you friends, Darkness SUCKED! Spanglish was awesome and so was Meet the Fockers and Oceans 12 was good too. I saw way too many movies over Christmas break! But it was fun. Speaking of Christmas break, it was great. Oh but get this, Mel B moved in with me!! At my house in PCB I mean. Yeah, long story but basically her dad is a heartless asshole and kicked her out the day before Christmas for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Yeah, we're thinking about hiring a hitman. Okay, not really, but it was a thought. Actually this is a good thing though, because as we all know, her dad was always psycho so now she gets to live at my house, with my wonderful, LOVING parents who won't ground her, especially for stupid shit, and who won't treat her like crap and just be unreasonable. So yes, we went in force at 6:30am the Monday after Christmas and got all her stuff in three cars and were on our way to my house, no, OUR house. We did have to get rid of a bunch of stuff though. We definitely clothed a small country that day with as many clothes of hers that we had to get rid of. It was crazy. We had me, her, Jen, Jill, Amanda, John and Allen all at my house. And for a brief moment so were Kathy, Taylor and Micah. But we did it and she's all settled in now. So she'll live there this semester and then I'll be there with her this summer and then we will get an apartment together here in Tally next fall. It will be great and she never has to listen to her dad again. He can't ground her or yell at her or take her car away or her cell phone away or anything. Oh yeah, we added her to our cell phone plan and her grandparents bought her a car. So.. it's all good. I definitely think this is all for the best.
Anyway, I'm gonna get a shower and whatnot. After White Noise is Kristi's belated birthday party tonight!! I'm excited! But this time while I'm drinking.. I'm hiding my cell phone from myself. Drunk Dialing always comes back to bite you in the ass. Yeah, I definitely learned that lesson New Years Eve. But that's a whole nother story.
