Good book. Yay and stuff.

Not really in the mood to talk, but I thought I'd mention that I finished A Knight Like No Other by Jocelyn Kelley.

It was good.

Really good.

Frankly, it deserves more attention than I'm giving it, but I'm currently vexed, so I'll leave it there.

Do you perhaps mean "A Knight like No Other"?

That's exactly what I meant.

Thanks.

I'm afraid you're going to have to elaborate before I risk reading it. The reviews I'm seeing say that it has a shitton of retarded cliches.

Didn't think you read romance novels.

But, tell you what, when I'm feeling less bleh, I'll vague it up a bit less for you.

You have NO idea. I grew up reading romance novels. That's all my mother read, so from when I started reading at 2.5 until I started first grade, I had nothing to read but romance novels. So I did. And then, when I read my way through my entire elementary school library, I was forced back to the romance novels again.

In fact, I think that's probably one of the reasons I'm so screwed up. Some of those novels were... less than child safe. Especially "Animal Sex".

Wow... yeah, that young, that must've be interesting on your psyche!

And who knew that the only person I know, aside from myself, that reads romance novels would be you? ^_~

*Beat* And how is that there are times when I want to punch you in the face really really hard, but right now you actually made me feel better? YOU ARE STRANGE.

It's a gift. Sometimes I hit, sometimes I miss, but it's rare for people to be neutral about me.
