vid assist?
This weekend, a friend and I are throwing a slumber party for our birthdays. And there's a THEME: Grift Us with Your Presence. There's a rule that states slumber parties must have themes. Honest! So, we'll be watching shows and movies about con artists, while doing make-overs, eating faux-fancy food, and possibly learning how to pick padlocks -- look, if my sister can learn the trick of it, so can I!
But I could use some help! I'm putting together a vid show of sorts, and I need suggestions. Do you have any favorite White Collar, Leverage, or Hustle vids? Vids featuring other con artists? Or even multifandom vids in which at least one of our favorite anti-heroes appears?
(FWIW, the environment isn't going to be conducive to close watching, so I'm putting an emphasis character studies and dance vids. The anticipated audience includes someone who is geeky but not particularly familiar with the visual language of vid culture and someone else who is, but is decidedly not a slash fan. That said, I'm already including vids that they may not fully get/appreciate. And I'll happily take any recs for vids that feature more involved story-telling/shipping/meta/constructed reality for later, and thank you kindly. Also, this post is filtered to preserve the surprise for the party-goers, but I intend to unlock the entry and call it a rec post after.)

I'm considering including Psych and/or Burn Notice vids, too. I don't think either Shawn or Michael is truly a con artist, but if I'm coming up short, I can argue that they're close enough. ETA: Did include Motown Philly by jarrow, for Psych.
