I bought a book because of synchronicity and spent today reading it. The other night I was straightening up when I found an eye-catching book. It turned out to be a sequel, and so I was looking at the description of the original on the computer when this guy walked up with what he called a 'hopeless' request -- he was looking for the sequel to a book, but only remembered one word of the title. The word was Necromancer, as in Johannes Cabal The Necromancer, the book whose description I was reading. That the first demon in the book is hilarious and named Lucifuge probably sealed the sale. The book is good, I recommend it. Funny, but doesn't forget -- or let the reader forget -- the darkness of the premise.
