(squee)
So I need to be asleep like an hour ago, but I am still quietly going "Ee! Ee!" to myself following the book signing. I... don't even know if I'm capable of grammatical sentences between the Ee and the tired. But! It was fun! sarahtales and blackholly were delightful, entertaining and very funny. I read Holly Black's White Cat last night, and if I haven't squeed at you directly yet, consider this your warning: I will squee at you over this book. I LOVED it. And I now have Sarah Rees Brennan's The Demon's Covenant to read, so yay! And I sort of won the sign of the book jackets.
Fun fact: I started blushing when I picked up akarui_rynka and did not really stop until Rynka, 2000irises, and myself had staked out our seats. That would be just shy of two hours worth of blushing. I was fine during the talk/readings/Q&A session, though. I don't even know.
(Also, obviously I survived the baby shower. It was fine, and I've started posting the ficlets -- thanks to everyone who gave me something to ponder during the long drive!)
