I am writing things that are annoying me by growing larger than either the plot or my usual attention span can justify.

My recent purchase of Reunion Tour by the Weakerthans. (izzybeth)
Losing the past day via the compulsive reading of Ill Wind by Rachel Caine. (ruthless1)
Marathoning season one of Life on Mars instead of doing necessary errands on Saturday.(rebekah_3)
Aside: why had no one told me how much I would love this show how awesome the soundtrack is? For it is awesome indeed.
Things that are meme-like in nature:
I did the name meme not-too-long-ago. If anyone is curious, but not curious enough to dig for it, let me know and I'll hunt it to ground. Recent changes: the journal title is now "fictional like a factory," because I think all factories look fake and I doubt their reality as places of actual production, and the friends page is "self-cleaning demons," a phrase from...Buffy, I think. It comes up rather more frequently than you might expect, so I'm not sure of the original provenance anymore.
If you've met me, you may have noticed that I say "You're my favorite." Kinda alot. (This is particularly noticeable if you've ever had to work with me, where it is possible to gain, lose, and regain "favorite" status in the course of fifteen minutes.) Ask me why you're my favorite in comments, and I'll tell you why I like you best at the moment. (Answers may be sincere or entirely silly.)
