I have become obsessed with zuchini.  I don't know what it is, I use to not eat them because when I was younger I had a bad incident where I ate them raw and got a stomachache.  From this point on, I never looked a zuchini the same again, until over the summer when my mom whipped up some grilled zuchini in this delicious garlic and olive oil sauce mmmmmmm GOD DELICIOUS, now I can't get enough of these little gems sent down from heaven.

I finally got back to work today, I really had a terrible sickness, now my mom got it.  I feel bad because I feel obligated to stay home and take care of her this weekend, but at the same time, I haven't seen James in over a week and I miss him terribly, plus we already have plans, so I guess we'll see.  I was tempted to venture into the city tomorrow, but I think it would be better to stay out of the cold and wind for a few days.

I bought my first textbook for my last semester of college.  It was listed at $125 at the bookstore, but I bought it on ebay for $46 thank the good lord.  That is the one thing I can NOT understand about college, yes I understand the books are mandatory but why can't professors empathize with students and choose a cheaper book.  You can't tell me that there aren't a million different versions of the same material, that are just as good, but cheaper. AND WHY can't professors post the books on blackboard a month before the glass starts so that everyone can go and buy them on amazon for 1/4 less???? If they did that, maybe I wouldn't have so many complaints over the price.  That really irks me, you want people to go to school, get educated so that they can become a productive human being within our society, but you make getting raped in the ass by a pack of wild monkeys a more pleasurable and cheaper experience.  And you wonder why you tune into Maury and see girls stripping to put themselves through college.  I would never resort to that, but I am beginning to understand it, finally after four years.
