We're having a boy! Again!
He's doing great.
We were sure it was going to be a girl, but at one point during the ultrasound, he thrust up his hips and removed all doubt.
That definitely wasn't the umbilical cord.
This little guy's feet are going to be huge though. Christina was 20 weeks along at the time of the ultrasound. Kiddo is roughly 10.5 to 11 inches long. His feet are over an inch and a half long.
Twenty years from now, someone's going to be snapping a blurry picture of this kid in the woods of northern California while he's wearing a wristwatch.
Then again, the big feet is a family trait. I wear size 13's. Aidan's already wearing a size 9 shoe now at 21 months of age.
His name will be Avery. Avery Paul Kayes-Ford.
He's due to join us on April 30th.
