Scribewords- one step forward, two steps back
so I've been working on calligraphy stuff recently (scribewords.deviantart.com) and am feeling a little frustrated today because a piece I've spent about 4 hours on is completely unsalvageable. I'll have to start all over again, AND I'm going to have to do it larger, on separate pieces of paper, which is a total pain in the ass because the lightbox I have is 9x12...landscape, and the cutesy 'for consumers' design means it's hard case is shaped at a tilt. So to use it landscape I have to prop one end up , and it's a hollow inside, and and and...it's frustrating.
GRRRR.
I'm going to have to spend wads of cash I Don't Have getting a useable worksurface this coming paycheck.
How is this supposed to make getting to Blizzcon easier? Damit!
