First stable build of Flood Universal Access software attached. Recommend immediate installation on Barge standard communication devices.

Also recommend leaving device at lowest possible physical elevation while charging to prevent inability to physically reach device in case of flood.

Barge standard communication device accepts modification in form of scripted overrides. Once scripting language learned, design of custom overrides possible.
