Disclaimer : I only own the lame story with terrible grammar mistakes.
Warning : Unbeta-ed!
Summary : Midori Gakuen was a prestigious institute of boarding junior high and highschool and university. But the students found it as prison since only university was co-ed and they were asked to study from day to night. The students' dream was enjoying their schoolhood and of course with love. So, will they reach for their dreams as the obstacles keep coming up?
Dream 27
Yuto, Luisa and Yume had already reached the theme park. So far, Yume was leading while the two were walking side by side behind her. Both Yuto and Luisa were close that sometimes their shoulders met each other.
“So, where to go first?” Yume turned to back, asking them
Both shrugged, “Up to you. I want to wander around first,” Accidentally, both were saying in chorus that made them looked to each other. Yume giggled.
“Want to try the roller-coaster?” Yume asked.
Luisa smiled, “Thank you, but I’m afraid of it,” she said in a slow tone.
“Me too, I’m afraid of height,” Yuto claimed.
“Ever wonder why it moves in such manner?” Yume came up with a topic.
Both younger kids were focusing on her, showing their eager-to-know face.
“The roller-coaster possesses both kinetic and gravitational potential energy. Gravitational potential energy is energy possesses by an object due to its height while kinetic energy is energy possesses by moving objects.
At a higher place, the kinetic energy is lowered and may decline till zero. Thus, to obey the Principle of Conservation of Energy, the roller-coaster will possess a higher gravitational potential energy. Due to that, one will feel like falling down or such which eventually develop the fear in them,” Yume explained - long and clear. (Is it really clear? I haven’t been on one, so I don’t really know how it is really. Correct me if I’m wrong XD)
“If you notice, roller-coaster takes a little time to both start and stop due to its large inertia,” Luisa added.
“Yup, I notice that. Big mass + high velocity = huge momentum,” Yuto did not want to lose, so he added some more bit.
“See, it is true right that you can always study at the theme park?” Yume asked them, hoping for their agreement which declaring her victory!
Luisa nodded. However, Yuto pretended to not listening.
“Look there! A hot air balloon!” Yuto pointed to a raising hot air balloon. “Look interesting! What if we give a try?” he suggested.
Yume looked at her, “Aren’t you the one saying that you afraid of height?”
Yuto grinned, “This is not counted,” he protested.
“It manages to float due to its light weight since it is filled with helium gas. Look! There even a fire below it,” Luisa started the stories.
“Well, helium gas is chemically inert which explain why it does not react with other gaseous in the atmosphere. Its small mass produces a smaller weight, while in the same time, the normal reaction is larger. This produce an up thrust force which make it float,” Yuto added. He grinned widely as he succeeded in beating Luisa although it just for once.
“Then, the fire increases the temperature of the helium gas,” it was Luisa.
“…and it gains more kinetic energy,” Yuto again.
“…thus the particles collide faster with each other as well as with the inner wall of the balloon,” Luisa again.
“…producing a bigger pressure,” Yuto again, not wanting to lose.
“...which make it float higher,” Luisa’s turn.
“…and obeying Pressure Law,” and finally they concluded it together.
Yume smiled upon looking the two kids who were competing with each other.
“So, have you decided on where to go?” Yume asked the same question again.
“Ghost house?” Luisa suggested, not noticing that they were actually stopped in front of it - the ghost house.
“No! No! No!” Quickly Yuto jumped behind Yume. Just thinking of it, he shivered already.
“Why? Are you afraid?” Luisa asked.
“Of course not,” Yuto said, tightened his necktie, pretended to be cool after realizing how shameful it was to act so in front of a girl. As usual, Yume was giggling upon seeing how funny the two ‘couple’ was.
Finally, after a bit of tongue-fight and such, the decided to ride the Ferris wheel. Yuto kept on complaining on how slow it moved while Luisa was busily snapping pictures especially when they were on the top. Yume on the other side could not stop smiling and giggling while feeding herself cotton candy.
Soon as they reached the ground back, they went straightly to a food stall as they were starving. Yeah, the ride was tiring. Finished eating, they decided to go back home since everybody was exhausting already.
“Today, I’m very happy,” Luisa whispered to Yuto as she was clinging to his arm - suddenly!
Yuto froze a bit but then he just let her be. “Me too,”
Secretly, Yuto promised himself that he would ask her out again - perhaps on his own will!

* inertia : is known as the ability of an object to resist external force applied on it. If the object is moving, then it resists any change in force that forced it to stop. If it is at stationary state, then it will resist for any change that make it move.
For example: when you shake a sauce bottle, the sauce came up. This is what you always do, right? When the bottle is shaken, it is moved up and down at high speed. The sauce followed the downward movement, but due to inertia it does not follow the upward movement. Hence, it came out.
Another example: When a car stopped suddenly, you’ll be thrown forward, isn’t it? The answer is ‘yes’. If you can’t believe, then try it yourself. When a car is moving, the passenger inside is actually moving too, at the same speed as the car is. Then, when the car suddenly stops, the body that still wants to move is thrown forward.
Inertia is influenced by mass. The bigger the mass, the bigger the inertia. For example, a lorry takes a longer time to stop than a car. And a lorry too takes a longer time to start moving compared to a car. However, inertia does not have any unit.
* momentum : is defined as the product of mass and velocity. Its unit is kgms-1. Momentum increase when either mass increases or velocity (more about velocity, refer
Dream 12) increases or both increases.
A simple example of momentum is when accident takes place; a loud sound will be heard. It indicates the momentum of the vehicle that collides. A bigger vehicle produces a louder crash sound. This indicates that bigger vehicle possesses bigger momentum.
However momentum does not only applied for accident, it happens in every single thing that has mass and move (including us!)
* Weight is mass x acceleration due to gravity which is on average 10 ms-2/sometimes can be 9.8 ms-2 or such
* helium gas : is a gas in Group 18 in Periodic Table. Gaseous in this group are known as noble gas as they are chemically inert and does not react with other elements since they have already achieve the stable octet electron arrangement in its outermost shell.
The Relative Molecular Mass a.k.a the basic mass of helium is 4.
Sorry, my explanation sucks! Btw, I hope you guys understand it ^^

Kota and Hikari were walking side by side when they entered a huge building in which they could only see a number of crowd either wandering around or queuing up for tickets. Yup, it was a cinema and they were planning to watch a movie - 2012 - for their upcoming project.
Since they already had the tickets, they went straightly into the hall where the big screen was situated. In their hands were plastic bags of popcorns, drinks and other junks food which they found were very useful to fill in the interval.
They seated themselves in the third row on the centre block of the hall which gave them the clear most view of the screen. As all the lights were switched off and the sound effect started, Hikari moved closer to Kota. It was her first time in cinema and she felt kind of…scared?
Kota on the other side did not response - he did not either ignore or avoid. Instead he took a breath. Thinking of what he had talked to Mayuko’s parents, he felt relieved. Now, he had the freedom to go out with anybody he liked. Well, the tied had officially ended with both agreements!
A/N: I messed up the explanation. It turn to be nearly a page. So, just ignore if you don't want to read. And yeah, my progress getting slower now. Hope you'll be patient ^^
Very well then, comments~~
