Prince of Tennis Live Action Movie
Oh my god, I just saw the Prince of Tennis Live Action Movie....I could not stop laughing - I'm not sure whether to be utterly pleased or disturbed by the movie..So yeah, just thought I'd get this off my chest XD I started watching it on Friday but couldn't finish *sniff* So I just finished it now ^__^
Love love loved the person who played Echizen - he was perfect for the part, just the right mix of smugness and aloofness - so kawaiI!!!! Tezuka was hawt and so buchou and demanding *squeels* Fuji was awesome as per usual - his triple counters, heh.
But about Hyoutei....sure, Atobe was incredible- the arrogance, Ore-sama-ness but so adorable all the same - pure Atobe. XD And I loved Ootori's silver cross necklace - pretty snazzy. But...um...Higaki?
Sakuno was gone and replaced with a (seemingly mute?) girl who was, I guess, a replacement for Sakuno, Tomo, Ann and Jin Akutsu's mother? Whatever. And Hiyoishi (love him to bits ^^) was replaced with a crazy, Jin like person...And his and Ryoma's match....er....The dark foreboding clouds, the red streaks....so totally anime, that was *nods decisively* And Jin/Hiyoishi's replacement, that thing with attacking Ryoma's knee....wasn't that Kirihara? Anyway...Every time Ryoma said 'buchou' in that too breathy voice of his, I thought I was going to melt...heh...
Hmmmm loved Tezuka and Ryoma's match - ep 25 and 26 are to this day some of my favorite eps that I love to rewatch (guilty pleaure ^^) When Tezu and Ryo were sitting together on the bench after they'd won, I really really thought they were gonna kiss - okay, take out thought and insert wanted....
OOOH, and I loved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how the other schools showed up at the end - I could find Sanada no problem, and I think I saw Yangai...but I don't know which one was Yukimura *sniff*
