staying home
Staying home from work today. My butt hurts. My back hurts. I hurt everywhere. Its LAME.
Maddie is very happy tho. She gets the have me home alll day with her so she doesn't have to be locked in the bedroom by her self all day. She still isn't potty trained enough to have free roam. We'll get there tho.
Things are going pretty well with her so far. Much better than when we first moved in. She has only had two accidents since all the drama. We have been taking her out between 3 and 4 times a day. And we also have been taking her to the Dog Park here in Soulard. She ADORES it. She runs and plays with other dogs, lays in the shade. Very happy indeed. So generally, sh goes out in the morning, then when I get back from work, then to the dog park then once before we go to bed/after her dinner. Works very nicely.
So another summer staff couple got married. So weird. They get married so fast. I am happy Travis and I are taking our time. I think we have progressed quite nicely, if i do say so myself.
School has been INSANE. I have been having to do my observation hours at the community college at night. So last week I was in a bio class mon-thurs for at least 3 hours a piece, after working all day. Then I had to do homework when I got back. Just terrible. BUT, classes will be over a week from this wed!! Then I have a month off of school, and only 2 weeks of work left! I can deal with one or the other, none of this working full time, going to school full time stuff. Its too much.
Things with the apartment are coming along. Travis has been working on the bed frame which is looking REALLY great! I am pretty excited about it. I won't be able to work on the dressers until I am done with school. Just too much to do. So in a week or so, I can actually start to really unpack more stuff and get to work on the dressers so I have somewhere to put my clothes that are currently all over my bed room. Sigh.
Also, I am coming home this Wed evening! I am sooo excited to come home! Dad is picking me up wed evening and I am going to stay with him that night and all day thurs. Then I am coming home to CP thursday and will hopefully see kat that night (!!) and then Friday we are going to PA until Sunday, when I will be back and chillin until I fly out Monday evening. Very excited!!
Soooooo yea. That's whats up. I think I am going to go take some mad painkillers and sleep yo. I am excited about this plan.
