It was supposed to be a surprise, and I've kept silent for almost two weeks, but plans kept changing and the constraints of training and applying for off-post passes and whatnot started to threaten the integrity of the surprise aspect, then more plans kept changing and the surprise started to jeopardize the weekend altogether. So I just told him. :) He's happy anyway! Yay!! Now I can be freely ecstatic when I talk to him.
So... excited... Finally, after more than three months, I'll get to spend some time with him. No, spending the day with his family at graduation did not count.
