(no subject)
Well, today was rather frustrating and uneventful. I had to wake up early to get ready to go into the city to see the Gates. I brought my laptop with me and started working on the math project. That started off decent. We got there around noon, and NY was packed as hell. What else is new? So we walked around Central Park, among all the tourists and the Gates, looking for the zoo. I have to say that the Gates were the stupidest things I have ever seen. Why did people make a big deal out of them? I thought maybe it would look better in person than in the pictures. I was wrong, they looked even gayer in person. Then we went to the zoo. First thing we saw was the sea lions doing tricks and stuff for food. That was the highlight of the whole day. Then we left. In the car I resumed working on the math project. Naturally, as soon as I knew what I was going to write, my battery died. Joy. Then I got to listen to my sisters yell at eachother for the duration of the drive home. =\
Now I'm working on the math project and this poem I started thinking up in the car. Hopefully I can get one done tonight. Bleh, that's it.
