Pay Per Post is announcing some big news in the next few weeks. Usually they come up with some pretty awesome ideas to get people money for what they write in their
blogs. I remember a few months ago they filmed a team going to the homes of several bloggers and choosing them to participate in a scavenger hunt for a $1,000 reward. Another event that was initially announced as big news was the appearance of several PayPerPost representatives on Good Morning America. They passed out PayPerPost signs and t-shirts to a massive audience. It was one of the best ad campaigns I'd seen in a while.
So what's the new "big news" the site is talking about now? I'm not so sure... However, I can guess that it's got to top everything else they've done so far. Maybe they're going to pull a similar trick as the people who are in trouble for the Aqua Teen Hunger Force marketing ploy. Thousands of electronic devices spelling out PayPerPost.com will be placed on buildings all over the big apple. Of course, PPP won't get in trouble in the way Cartoon Network did because I have more faith in Americans than to think that hundreds of people will thinks they're bombs.. again.
