Oh, there are so many fantastic icons in this post ♥
I really admire (and like) the approach you took to the first Main Quest at tiq. It's so clever and fantastic. #5 is such a gorgeous, gorgeous icon. I think the crop is perfection, and the almost sepia but not exactly colouring is so stunning as well. The composition of #10 is blowing me away - how does one create such a thing? The negative space is perfect, the focus is perfect and the text work just hits every nail of lovely on the head! The crop and vibrant colouring of #17 is stunning; the shadows in particularly are absolutely gorgeously coloured, and the segmentation of #22 (and the alts) is so clever and wonderful, not to mention the absolutely gorgeous colouring happening there!
The unique elements each of the icons have in the mentors set is wonderful too. I particularly love the vibrance and negative space in #39, not to mention the beautiful bold green colouring, and the absolutely stunning colouring of #53. The multitude of colours you managed to highlight in that icon is all kinds of wonderful. #54 is so fun and clever. I love the colouring you've played with, and the border on the outside is so perfectly used with the space. That text though - amazingly done, beautiful placement and perfect use of colour. #58 is incredible. The composition with the border is amazing, and I love the more pastel colours you've played with - they contrast so wonderfully with everything.
#61-#63 are just - wow. WOW WOW WOW. The colouring is so incredibly vibrant in #61 and #62, and the composition on all three just kills it. I love the blending in #61, the beautiful use of colour, and such subtle blending in #62, and the then gorgeous contrast between the b&w and the text in #63. Each of them is so unique as well, and I think that's such a fantastic skill that you have! The text work in #66 is all kinds of magic, and I freaking LOVE #91 - the contrast between b&w and colour, and the absolutely stunning use of background is so clever.
I just can't deal with your level of awesome. This comment made my day (as your comments usually do)! I wish I'd actually stuck with working on that first main quest rather than getting distracted, especially since I can't really submit my icons anymore. But I'm so glad I can finally post these. They've been sitting in my IQ folder for so long and every time I see that folder I go "Ughhhh all those icons I have to post."
I'm so thrilled that you like 61-63. I had a lot of fun with the blending and coloring. The background for 91 was already in the original cap, so luckily I didn't have to do much with that aspect, haha.
