Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who responded to the icon truth meme - I'm grateful for the honest feedback on these avatars, and since the majority of them were encouraging, I'm relieved to know these icons are actually worth the time I spend on them

10, 11, and 18 are pretty! I love the soft coloring on them. Also, might I suggest some red blob experimentation? You've used it to death, and I like it, but perhaps try using different colors of blobs? Maybe? Liiike 20 and 22 would look kewl with a different color of blobs. 22 with a dark green blob, perhaps? I dunno, try it out! It's just a suggestion. ^^;; Anyway, lovely batch! :)

Right, got it - more blue colouring, and less red blobs. xD I haven't tried out other coloured blobs so far, because the blob-thingy I have there is actually a texture, and I have this weird thing about not changing textures unless I have to. o.O But I'm now asking myself why I haven't tried changing the colours. ^^;;
