Celebrate Word Counts!
For Reference: This post, in which I envisioned an entire John/Ronon verse that, in a perfect world, I would write.
So, today, I wrote an additional 1,200 words for stay beside me where i lie. That brings the total word count to 4,000 words thus far, which does not include the two end sections that are written and waiting for the rest of the middle to be done. I also went ahead and wrote the entirety of restlessly abandoned homes (1,500 words), which I only thought of today. *facepalm* I refuse to post it until stay... is done and posted. Harrumph.
Anyway, in honor of this achievement, I share with you the song that I had on endless loop today while writing. It's one that vylit passed on to me a while back, and I love it for its quietude and the haunting spaces between lyrics.
