Um, so, I watched about 17 hours of House yesterday. Which was a mistake because everything after hour 9 is a big old blur, and also because it means I got about 3.5 hours of sleep last night.
But, yes. You know there is puretruelove between characters when Chuck blinks at the screen and then says (in the cutest little voice), "Aw, [House and Wilson] are so in love" and he's being entirely serious.
I will have detailed thoughts at some point when I'm not about to pass out from exhaustion. But, verily, I came to some conclusions at about 1:30 this morning.
1. For me, the show and the characters are about ambiguity.
2. It doesn't fucking matter what kind of addiction House has to pain pills. It's entirely irrelvant.
3. Everyone is dysfunctional. Yay!
4. The House/Cameron thing just yanks my chain. Actually, Cameron just yanks my chain.
5. I love Foreman beyond the telling of it.
6. Woobifying House should be punishable by death.
7. I love Cuddy beyond the telling of it.
8. There is probably very little fic in this fandom that won't make me screech at my computer screen in abject horror.
9. Chase's Father/Faith/Fear issues bring about rather unattractive adolescent behavior that makes me want to bitch slap him. However, see number 3. I still like him.
And now, I sleep. Because I am exhausted.
