I've found nothing pure
You know, sometimes I get sick of the internet. I was just looking around for some Kingdom Hearts communities. I found an icon community, but the first two posts had slash and hentai-esque stuff. These are E-rated games, people! I am so sick of slash and other garbage. It can almost ruin a fandom for me. *sigh* The internet can be such an ugly place sometimes.
Stargate Atlantis was alright last week and acceptable yesterday. Really, there were too many problems facing the team! The city is stranded in space, communications are down, the shield can't protect the whole city, and they're coming up on an astroid belt. So what's their solution this week? Go the the home planet of their most dangerous enemy, the Replicators, and steal a ZPM to power the shield. It was just too much. I did like Dr. Lee in last night's episode, though. "Space is quite vast." LOL! I used to hate Lee, but I like him now. Like that one episode when he mentioned the beacons of Gondor. =P
My sister and I are getting ourselves really worked up. We just found out the other day that three new Kingdom Hearts games are in production! Squee! We probably won't be able to get the third game, though. It's for Mobile (the cell phone) and we don't have one. I told my sister that I need a cell phone eventually, so maybe I'll get a Mobile. =P They look like really good games, though. I had heard that the main characters of the first KH games (namely Sora, Riku and Kairi) weren't going to be in any more games, but that doesn't seem to be entirely true. Which makes me happy, because I really like those characters.
Eh, I should probably get some work done now. My room is in dire need of dusting and it could use a good vacuum, too. I also need to e-mail this one college I want to go to about their application. One of the things they ask for on the application is "Leadership Experience" of which I have had none. So I need to contact them and find out if that lack will prevent me from being accepted. I hope not, because I really want to go to that school.
Woah. I just looked up videos for the Switchfoot song "Let Your Love Be Strong" on You Tube and their are two for HALO. People love those games. I've never played them, mostly because I've never owned an Xbox. Plus I stink to high heaven wen it comes to first-person shooter games. I rented Call of Duty 3 for the Playstation 3 a while ago and I couldn't even get past the first level. =P
It's getting cold in here. I should probably close my window, but the cats love to have it open. I think one of the neighbor kids is playing with a pogo stick. And now I'm just stalling. I don't really want to do anything today. Woah, that was my fourth italicized word. I don't think I've ever used that many in one entry before. I seriously need to shut up now. =P
