Step one: 13 years old does not equal allowed to kick 21 years old off the computer at one in the morning.
Step two: When I was 13 and on the computer after midnight when my dad came home from work I got a nice and hefty invertigo-inducing wallop across the head for it.

Step four: realize I'm fucked if I've started the insanity all up again.
