Happy as the day is long
Good things:
I saw Jacob and Lukas today for the first time in about 7 months. They are now two and a half and are THRIVING. They are still doing a bunch of different therapies - occupational, speech, etc., but they are catching up so much. They can count and speak pretty well. Well, they talk a lot and I can understand about half of what they're saying:) Lukas went to put a toy truck in the toy microwave and says, as he's doing it, "truck goes in microwave." I just laughed. It is so wonderful to see them so healthy. And happy, as always. Kathryn says that she'll definitely call me for babysitting.
I have an interview tomorrow for a receptionist/legal secretary position. This could be really good as it's entry level and they train on the legal stuff. How exciting! I also got an email back from another posting about my salary requirements. I hate that because I honestly have no idea how much I should get paid for some of these things.
