Going Home
Well, everything is packed and I surprisingly have TONS of extra space. I still have to lug my TV and my computer crap in there, but over all: one large luggage case, two small ones and two trash bags isn't bad.
We found a place to stay. The basement of a house turned into a one bedroom apartment. Rent is $410 a month plus electricity. We're living underneath a "Timber Wolf" that Jux'd met from the Utah Yahoo Furry Group. Sounds like a nice guy.
Last night Justin gave me a copy of "The Protomen". I've heard most of it before, but actually having a copy of the full CD is something different. Justin was nice enough to include the pamphlet containing the full lyrics to each song and explained full scenes as envisioned by The Protomen. Jux and I have a deep love for Blues (Protoman) and Zero, I'm sure he'll appreciate this as much as I do.
So, looks like I might leave Sunday, if not tomorrow even. I'm all waiting on now is how quickly Lorenzo can get me into his salon and I can get my last haircut from him. I want to make sure I'm clean cut and ready for not only Jux, but all of my prospective employers. I hate this waiting, it feels like I'm just waiting for life to start. Once I get out there things are going to jump-start into full swing. Jux and I are far too ambitious and progressive. My art is going to explode. I'm going to grind out practice on my guitar and (once purchased) my keyboard. I'll have a table-top roleplaying group for my game finally and as such, my writing will flourish.
This is going to be some crazy shit. <3
