I always thought weightloss was kinda like christmas.

The night before after a shower you take one last look in the mirror. Turning and flexing at different angles not really seeing any difference from the day before. But today you went to the gym and ran an extra mile. Surely the Fat Fairy will notice and pay you a special visit tonight. You go to bed with your night cap on and PJ's with a smile. Magically the Fat Fairy appears in the dead of night waves its wand and removes a little fat...perhaps if you are extra good it will replace the fat with a little muscle in key places that normally exclude the legs.

When you wake up in the morning cheerful as ever, you bound out of bed straight to the scale. And you'll be like....thank you, Fat Fairy! Then you go to the mirror, flex again and see the now noticable fat that was lost with a little bit of muscle. You have a breakfast protein shake and start your day.

But there is also a dark side to the Fat Fairy....like, the fat Fairy will actually make you fat! Those that were not good the day before will have the fat injected into them that was taken from the good.

**insert ominous clouds**

The bad have a very different experience. They go to bed grumpy and their clothes are a little more snug. Constant night sweats and breathing heavy makes the night's sleep uneasy. Once slumber finally arrives the fat fairy with a frown checks its list and determines that last ho-ho has put you over the edge. It reaches into it's fat sack and inserts globs into strategic areas. Then it flutters away.

.......Now I'm hungry
