dont give into the nicotine craze, smoking is the worst thing you can ever do to yourself. i quit cold turkey and havent had a ciggarette for 3 yrs now.
you can do it too.

im trying and its been quite easy so far, bar the two ciggerettes i had the first weekend when i was drunk...
