"Well, now clearly that can't be right," muttered the Doctor.
"Why not? Wouldn't be the first time it's happened," Jack O'Neill replied. "In fact it's beginning to become a habit."
I THINK HE'S JUST WASTING MY TIME. IT WOULD BE ANNOYING IF I COULD BE ANNOYED.
"Excuse me, but doesn't anyone care what I think? I'm the one who was just exterminated!" Daniel sputtered, pointing to the smoking remains of the Dalek.
"Oh, pur-lease. Like we haven't all been exterminated at one time or another," the Doctor replied dismissively.
LOOK, ARE YOU COMING WITH ME OR NOT? ONLY I CANT STAND HERE ALL DAY, I'VE OTHER SOULS TO COLLECT....
"Thank you very much, but I'd like to stay alive," Daniel replied, stepping back from the eight foot skeleton. Death moved his shoulders in what could only be described as a shrug.
VERY WELL. I EXPECT I SHALL SEE YOU AGAIN SOON.
"Well, now that's sorted out, could we please turn our attention back to the matter in hand?" the Doctor asked impatiently.
"Huh? Oh, yeah....Full house, read 'em and weep," Jack replied with a grin and laid his cards on the table.
