This one is for aeron_lanart, who gave me Highlander and Richie and five prompts. I've slightly mangled the definition of a single sentence here, and my brain went to a few odd places, for which I apologise!

Disclaimer: None of it that you recognise is mine

Loyalty

He wants to, he really wants to, but it’s Amanda, and it’s not that he’s afraid of what Mac might do, Mac knows better than anyone what she’s like; but Mac and Amanda… it’s something important, something Richie doesn’t want to get in the middle of, but she’s here and she wants to and he wants to and she looks so hot in that dress…

Leather

It’s an association in his memory, the smell and creak of leather equates with the freedom and joy of riding - whether that leather is a jacket or a saddle - so it came as no surprise when he discovers that leather is also a particular kink; what does surprise Richie though is the fact that it’s Methos that’s wearing it.

Air

That first gasp of air on reviving is something that always sticks in Richie’s mind; it’s life-giving, life-affirming and the freshest, sweetest air he’s ever tasted.

This next one is set in the Browncoats 'verse, a crossover with Firefly:

History

Richie is glad the Game was left behind on Earth-that-was; not just because it meant an end to the killing, but because the Alliance seemed determined to rewrite human history in their own image; as long as there were Immortals, living, breathing history, men and women who had been there and remembered how it really was, then there was still hope that one day things would be set to rights.

This one is set in the Watcher!Abby 'verse. WARNING future!fic with mention of character death (although of natural causes!)

Ink

Richie catches sight of his shoulder and the tattoo there in the mirror and the still fresh pang of loss cuts an unseen wound, but he is able to smile a little; they were friends for a lifetime and, as promised, Abby Sciuto will always have his back.
