e-reader
Although I'm with Rupert Giles on the topic of books, I do see the practicality of carrying thousands of books in your pocket, so I'm planning on getting myself an e-reader and I can't decide between the Sony, the iRiver and the new Samsung. The iRiver can support comics, but in tests has come out worse than the Sony, which now supports PDF and Word docs, which was my main problem with it previously. The Samsung also supports those files and comes with £50 worth of free books when ordered from WHSmith, but it's new on the market so it's an unknown quantity.
Does anyone out there own any of these? Any advice?
I'm leaning toward the Pocket Sony at the moment, as it's on special offer at the moment and budget is a big factor, but I'm willing to be swayed if anyone knows more about this (which wouldn't be difficult!)
