Lying in the dark, unable to sleep, unable to stop thinking, counting the cracks in the ceiling. Lost so many, why does she cut so deep? So deep, can barely think her name. Always three, now four, but always us against the world. Only two years but it feels like forever. Ripped away against her will. She had some revenge but still it feels wrong. Swore to get her back, a promise meant to be kept even if it means going after her. Only the dead can enter that realm, but what is a vampire if not a dead thing?
