Pillaged from
silvercobwebs Name a TV show series in which you have seen every episode at least twice:
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Name a (current) show you can't miss:
Being Human
Name an actor that would make you more inclined to watch a show:
Tim Curry (case in point, I watched Cranford at Christmas because he was in it)
Name an actor who would make you less likely to watch a show:
I can't think of anyone... maybe Amanda Holden.
Name a show you can, and do, quote from:
Red Dwarf, Buffy, Monty Python, The Mary Whitehouse Experience... Actually do I have an original thought in my head?!
Name a show you like that no one else enjoys:
I don't know about enjoys, but I think the fandom for The Champions is pretty small these days. The Mary Whitehouse Experience?
Name a TV show which you've been known to sing the theme song:
Red Dwarf. Or The Gummi Bears. Or The Mysterious Cities of Gold. Or... you get the picture.
Name a show you would recommend everyone to watch:
Moonlight. Maybe if enough people watch it, the execs will bring it back!
Name a TV series you own:
M*A*S*H. Stargate SG-1, Buffy, Angel, Mysterious Cities of Gold, Bagpuss, Mr Benn, Highlander, Highlander the Raven, Red Dwarf, Quantum Leap, Torchwood, Doctor Who (most new, a few old)...umm I could go on all night.
What is your favourite episode of your favourite series?
Well that's just impossible because I love lots of shows for different reasons. I do love The Innocent from Highlander.
A show you mean to watch, but you just haven't gotten around to yet:
Can't think of anything. Maybe The Tudors.
Ever quit watching a show because it was so bad?
Yeah, a few actually. Most recently would be Lost.
Name a show you aren't interested in watching, not in the least:
(This was the answer
silvercobwebs gave but it's true for me so I'm leaving it)The X-Factor, Big Brother, etc etc...
Name a show that's made you cry multiple times:
Oh I'm such a crybaby, loads of them have. Torchwood has lately! But Joss is the worst offender - Buffy, Angel, and Firefly all made me bawl at one time or another.
Oldest TV show you like?
The Champions.
Newest TV show you like?
Merlin I think. It's close between that and Being Human (I watched the pilot so I'm not sure which was on first). Or maybe Dollhouse? Not sure which is newest.
What do you eat when you watch TV?
Dinner, supper, crisps, whatever!
How often do you watch TV?
Every day between 1 and 4 hours, varies as to each day.
Do you have a favorite talk show?
Loose Women
What's the last TV show you watched?
The Kenny Everett Show.
What's your favourite/preferred genre of TV?
I don't really have one, but I suppose 'genre' TV (sci-fi/fantasy/horror).
What's your least favourite genre of TV?
Soaps. Although I do like Coronation Street.
What was the first TV show you were obsessed with?
Bagpuss. Or maybe Jamie and his Magic Torch.
What TV show do you wish you never watched?
Children of Earth. Does that count? *grin*
What's the weirdest show you enjoyed?
A lot of the shows I watched as a kid were pretty weird. Which explains a lot about me. Chorlton and the Wheelies was pretty mental.
What TV show scared you the most?
Ghost Watch. I was 12 when it aired and I watched it alone, in the dark, and I didn't make it to the end (which is ironic because then I'd have discovered it was all a hoax!). Gave me nightmares for weeks.
What is the funniest TV show you have ever watched?
Red Dwarf always makes me laugh, no matter how many times I watch it.
Which do you think is the best TV series ever made?
I really can't decide, it's too difficult a question!
